How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your shipment tracking information.
In rare cases, due to stock availability or other reasons, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate email notification for each shipment.

Will I Receive Shipping Updates?

Yes! You will receive email updates regarding your order’s fulfillment and shipping status as it progresses.

Why Is My Tracking Information Not Updating?

Couriers may take some time to update tracking information—sometimes not until the package is "Out for Delivery."
It’s also common for a scan to be missed along the way. If your tracking hasn’t updated or it’s been more than 8 business days since the last scan, please visit our Contact Us page, and we’ll be happy to assist!

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer flat shipping rates that may vary depending on your country.
Free shipping is available for orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold or during promotional periods.
Shipping rates are subject to change based on market conditions. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for the latest details.

Do You Offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders that meet the minimum purchase threshold.
From time to time, we also offer free shipping promo codes to our subscribers. Sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop and take advantage of these offers!

When Will My Order Ship and How Long Does It Take to Receive It?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and a second email with tracking information when it ships.
Delivery times vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for estimated delivery times based on your country.

Are All the Items in My Order Shipped Together?

Yes, whenever possible!
However, in rare cases, due to stock availability, part of your order may be routed to a different partner to avoid delays. If this happens, you’ll receive a separate email with tracking info for each shipment.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

We work with all major carriers and trusted local courier partners to ensure reliable delivery. All shipments are tracked.

Where Do You Ship From?

We partner with a network of printing facilities worldwide, allowing us to route your order to the closest location based on your shipping address.
This helps us reduce shipping costs and delivery times while minimizing our environmental impact.

What Countries Do You Ship To?

We currently ship to the United States, Europe, and the UK.
For shipping inquiries to other destinations, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Do I Have to Pay Customs, Duties, or Taxes?

No—our products are produced and shipped locally within the same country as the destination, so customs fees rarely apply.
However, if an item is shipped internationally due to stock availability, you might incur additional charges.
If you’re ever charged customs fees, just reach out to us with proof of payment, and we’ll happily refund the extra cost!

What Should I Do If My Package Is Lost or Stolen?

We understand how frustrating this can be.
Sometimes, carriers mark packages as “Delivered” even though they’re still out for delivery. In many cases, the parcel arrives within a couple of days.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or in safe places around your delivery area.
  • If the package is still missing after 2 business days, please contact us.
  • Note: Wander Wears is not liable for packages marked as delivered. If you believe your package was misdelivered, we recommend filing a claim with the carrier.

If your package hasn't shown any tracking activity for 8 business days, reach out to our Customer Service team, and we’ll investigate the issue.

Can I Return or Exchange My Product?

While we wish we could, unfortunately, due to the way we do things at Wander Wears, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time. Each t-shirt is made just for you! We believe in sustainability—no mass production here. To reduce waste and lower our carbon footprint, every item is printed to order, making our tees typically non-returnable.

We truly hope to implement this option one day in the future. In the meantime, we encourage you to carefully review product details and the sizing chart available on each product page (next to the size selector), or visit our Size Charts Page, before making a purchase. Your satisfaction matters, and we’re always here to answer any questions before you place an order.

Important: Items sent back to us will not be accepted.

(Note: Each fit has different measurements. Sizing charts are provided by our suppliers, and garments may vary by +/- 1 inch (2.5 cm).)

What If My Item Is Damaged or Defective?

We’re so sorry if you received a defective item! If something isn’t right, don’t worry—we’re here to help.

Please email support@wanderwears.shop within 14 days of receiving your item. Include the following:

- Photos of the issue:

  • If the product or print is defective, include a clear photo showing the defect, with the t-shirt and label visible.
  • If you received the wrong item, send a photo of the item you received.
  • If the sizing is incorrect, lay the item flat with a measuring tape visible and follow the size chart guidelines.

- Order number and the email address associated with your order.

We’ll assess the issue and provide a resolution, whether that’s a replacement or a refund, if eligible.

I Received the Wrong Item. What Should I Do?

If you’ve received the wrong item, we sincerely apologize!

Please contact us at support@wanderwears.shop within 14 days of receiving your package. Include:

  • A photo of the incorrect item
  • Your order number and the email address associated with your order

We’ll review your case promptly and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

My Order Has Missing Items. What Can I Do?

Occasionally, orders may be split into multiple shipments due to stock availability. In such cases, part of your order may be fulfilled by different printing partners to avoid delays.

Before reaching out:

  • Check if you’ve received two separate emails with different tracking numbers.
  • If you haven’t, please contact us with your order number and details.

We’ll investigate and ensure any missing items are either replaced or resolved at no extra cost.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

If there was an issue with your order that was our responsibility and you are eligible for a replacement or a refund, and you choose a refund, the amount will be returned to your original payment method.

It may take up to 10 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

I Ordered the Wrong Size. Can I Return It?

We understand that sizing issues can happen, but unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size.

Please review the sizing chart available on each product page (next to the size selector), or visit our Size Charts Page, carefully before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out to us—we’re happy to help with sizing questions before you make a purchase.

I Changed My Mind. Can I Cancel or Return My Order?

At Wander Wears, we print every item to order, which means once an order is placed, it goes into production quickly.
We’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind after the order has been processed.

If you realize you’ve made a mistake shortly after placing your order, please contact us immediately—we might be able to make changes if the order hasn’t entered production yet.

I Live in the EU. Do I Have a Right to Return?

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union (EU), you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Important details:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • A 15% restocking fee may apply
  • Exclusions apply (sale items and bespoke/custom-made products are non-returnable)
  • Do not return items without contacting us first—returns sent to the sender’s address will not be accepted
  • Returns must be sent with a tracked shipping method

To start a return under the EU cooling-off period, please contact us at support@wanderwears.shop before sending anything back, and we will provide the appropriate EU return address.

Note: This policy does not apply to faulty or defective items. If your item is damaged or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.

Do I Need to Set Up an Account to Place an Order?

Nope, you don’t need to create an account to place an order.
However, having an account allows you to:

  • Store your shipping information for faster checkouts
  • View your order history

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept a variety of secure payment options, including:

When Will My Credit Card Be Charged?

Your credit card is often charged immediately after placing your order, but in some cases, it may take up to 12 hours to process the payment.

Do You Save My Payment Information?

Absolutely not! We never have access to your payment details.
All transactions are processed through secure, trusted payment gateways. These platforms use multiple layers of security, such as encrypted connections and tokenization, to keep your information safe.
Your sensitive data is scrambled and unreadable, even if intercepted. Your security is our top priority.

What Is the Status of My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor its progress.
If you’ve created an account, you can also log in and click on "Order History" to check the status of your order anytime.

How Long Does It Take to Process My Order?

Orders are processed as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday: Usually processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends: May start processing on Monday and ship within 1–3 business days.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
In these cases, cut-off dates will be displayed on our Shipping Policy page and highlighted throughout the website for better visibility.

Can I Update My Order After It’s Placed?

While orders usually can’t be changed once placed because they move quickly into processing, we understand that mistakes can happen.

If you notice something wrong with your order right after placing it—like an incorrect size, color, or shipping address—please reply directly to your order confirmation email or contact us at support@wanderwears.shop as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your order hasn’t been sent to production yet.

Since processing times can vary, we recommend reaching out immediately if you need to make any changes.

Can I Cancel My Order?

We completely get it—we change our minds too!

However, since our items are made to order, once an order is placed, we’re unable to cancel it because it moves into production quickly.

We hope to offer a cancellation window in the future.

I've Entered the Wrong Shipping Address. Can I Change It?

Wander Wears orders usually start processing within 1 hour after being placed. We leave this window open because mistakes are often noticed when you receive your order confirmation email.

We’ll do our best to help, but we can’t guarantee changes after the processing window has passed.

  • If your order has already shipped:
    Unfortunately, we can’t make any changes. However, you can reach out to the shipping carrier directly to request an address update.
    Note: Changing the address through the carrier may impact delivery times and could incur fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

Got a Misprint, Damage, or Defect?

If your Wander Wears item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll be happy to:

  • Replace it at no cost
  • Or issue a full refund, if preferred

Just email us at support@wanderwears.shop with a photo of the issue within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue

How Should I Care for My Clothing Items?

Always check the care label on your garment for specific instructions. In general:

  • Wash in cold water with like colors
  • Use a mild detergent
  • Air-dry or tumble dry on low to prevent shrinking
  • Turn garments inside out to protect prints

How Do I Prevent Clothes from Shrinking?

To prevent shrinkage:

  • Wash in cold water
  • Avoid high heat in the dryer
  • Opt for air-drying

How Do I Choose the Right Size?

The best way to find your fit is to compare it to a t-shirt you already love! Lay it flat and compare it to our size chart for the best fit.

Here’s how to measure:

  • LENGTH: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (beside the collar) down to the bottom of the shirt.
  • HALF-CHEST: Lay the shirt flat and measure across the chest (not around it), about 1 inch below the arms.

Our items are true to size, but if you prefer a looser fit, consider ordering a size up.

Do Unisex and Women’s Sizes Fit Differently?

Yes! Our unisex and women’s items have slight differences in measurements.
You might find that your size varies between styles, so be sure to check the size chart for each product.

Can I Get My Product Personalized?

At this time, we don’t have a dedicated option for personalized products. However, customized prints are in the plan!
